SPD developed the environmental graphics master plan design for this $400 million mixed-use project in Bellevue, WA (a growing suburb of Seattle). Phase I of this project included office and retail space, featuring 2 office buildings, a 13-story and a 23-story building, totaling 745,000 s.f. of office space and 130,000 s.f. of retail space. A total of 3,200 parking spaces are available for use. Phase I is anchored by a 125,000 s.f. Neiman Marcus store, which has two grand arrival courts. In keeping with the upscale nature of the complex, these arrival courts feature valet parking. Other complex features include 14 conference/meeting rooms, a boardroom, and a spa/fitness and business center. SPD’s retail graphics were classically designed for this upscale, open-air retail plaza. Phase II of the project features two 30-story condo towers, one of which houses a boutique hotel on its lower floors, in addition to 150 luxury condo units. The other tower consists of 275-325 more moderately priced units. Residents of these towers have access to private parking garages, as well as an additional 180,000 s.f. of retail and restaurant space.
